After graduating from McAlester High School in 1978, Brad Miller continued his education at East Central University in Ada where he earned a BA with Distinction in Law Enforcement in 1982. Shortly after, he married Becky and they moved to Norman so that he could go to law school. Brad graduated with Honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1985.

Brad has lived in Norman with Becky for over 36 years. Their youngest daughter Amy is an Assistant District Attorney in Cleveland County. Their eldest daughter Erin is a Pharmacist in Noble. With their husbands, Erin & Amy own The Meating Place food truck in Norman. Their oldest, Drew, is in the oil field supply business in Tulsa, he and his wife are parents to Vivian and Jacob. The Millers are longtime members of Bethel Baptist Church in Norman. They have traveled extensively in the U.S. and abroad. They enjoy being at the lake with their extended family, boating, hiking, and all things outdoors. Brad is also an avid cyclist.

With many years’ experience as a former Oklahoma County prosecutor, Brad has tried over 200 cases in state and federal court over the past 30 years. When asked, the thing he enjoys most about practicing law is helping people find palatable solutions to their difficult legal problems, making the best out of situations that might have seemed impossible.
